Keith coordinates Coalition member participation in California relicensings, performs outreach and education to local stakeholders, and promotes hydropower policy reform at the state and national level. Keith has over ten years of experience working with environmental and social justice non-profits in the Bay Area conducting policy advocacy, coordinating coalitions, and managing programs. He has also worked in Sri Lanka coordinating a coastal resources management project and in Fiji assessing the environmental impacts of plantation forestry.
