Description
Clark Canyon Hydro is planning to add hydropwer with a capacity of 4.7 MW to Bureau of Reclamation's existing Clark Canyon Dam currenlty used as flood control and water conservation dam. The powerhouse to be constructed will have two units with installed capacities of 3.0 and 1.7 MW.
The proposed hydropower project will operate in a run-of-release mode with no daily storage. The project will use the normal, regulated flow releases, which range from 87.5 to 700 cfs.
