Description
This project consists of two developments- the Spier Falls development and the Sherman Island development.
The proejct is located on the Hudson River, in Saratoga and Warren Counties, New York.
Spier Falls and Sherman Island are operated in a peaking mode in tandem.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has certified additional electricity generation at the Hudson River hydroelectric project as being renewable energy eligible to receive tax credits.
