Description

The project is located on the Osage River, in Benton, Camden, Miller, and Morgan Counties, Missouri.The project is located immediately downstream from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Harry S. Truman Dam.

An agreement relating to the project was reached in May 2005, between AmerenUE and several agencies.
