Description

The Bowersock Mills and Power Company owned a FERC exemption (P-2644) for this site for which they now have a license. The new license terminates the exemption and allows the expansion of the previous project.

The new license authorizes a 6.5 MW project to be located at an existing dam on the Kansas River near Lawrence, in Douglas County, Kansas.
