The Project is located on Sullivan Lake, Outlet Creek and Sullivan Creek, a tributary of the Pend Oreille River

Agreement To Restore Fisheries at Sullivan Creek and Continue Generation at Boundary Project

Coalition members American Whitewater, Selkirk Conservation Alliance, and The Lands Council have signed two settlement agreements that call for continued operation of Boundary Dam on the Pend Oreille River, enhanced operation of Sullivan Dam on the natural Sullivan Lake, and the removal of Mill Pond Dam on Sullivan Creek.


Sullivan Creek Project to require surrendering of application

A FERC rehearing on the Sullivan Creek Project concluded that the current license for this project is still valid and the PUD will be required to apply for surrender of license for decommissioning.

American Whitewater/Washington State Agencies file petitions for rehearing of an August decision of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission finding that the licensee for the Sullivan Creek Project has no need to relicense the project.
