Coalition members American Rivers, American Whitewater, and Coastal Conservation League along with state and federal agencies have reached an agreement for the Saluda hydroelectric project on the Saluda River in South Carolina.

Following litigation at the DC Circuit Court in 2006, Tacoma Power, Skokomish Tribe, agencies and other stakeholders have signed a settlement agreement that will govern the operations of the Cushman Hydroelectric project on the Skokomish River.

Last Friday, FERC issued a 50-year license to the Puget Sound Energy Inc. for operation of Baker River Hydroelectric Project (P-2150) in Skagit and Whatcom counties, Washington.

On April 17, 2008 FERC issued a license that will allow Priest Rapids project on Columbia River to operate until 2048 AD.
